LEA educational establishments, government establishments, large registered charities can place an order via Email, Post, Online or Phone.

Purchase orders must include delivery address, invoice address, goods, prices, delivery price, order number. Purchase orders should be signed by the authorized person.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy

  • Cheque (5 working days clearance for cheques over £500)
  • Bank transfer
  • Visa, Mastercard credit cards, AMEX, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro, Solo debit cards (no surcharge)
  • 14 and 30 day credit accounts for LEA educational establishments, government establishments, large registered charities

Your credit card is charged at the completion of your order entry as a part of our automated and secure online payment system.

Orders cannot be processed until payment is cleared. Normally delivery is 1 to 7 working days after payment clearance, subject to stock.

Order Entry:

All orders must be received completed online and over the phone by 2.00pm to be entered that day. Orders received after those times will be entered as of the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days.

Changes in Order:  If you wish to change your order before it has been shipped, please call us immediately on 07834 480769

Please do not book installation of equipment before goods have arrived and have been fully tested. We accept no liability for installation or other cost occurred in the case of late delivery. Courier delays, manufacturer supply problems, etc, are beyond our responsible control. All prices are excluding VAT and subject to availability.
