Tickets are normally sent out a week before the event by registered post (i.e. you have to sign for them). So don't panic 2-3 weeks out thinking you've been missed. If in the unlikely event you don't get your tickets before you leave for the event please contact us and we will try to sort it out for you.
The online shop will close approximately 2 weeks before an event and after the closure date tickets will only be available at the event.
When making a purchase please check your credit/debit card details and e-mail address are correct. If you do make a mistake you may not receive notification that we are unable to process payment. Please check that the payment has been taken from your bank account.
All purchases are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by ourselves (or if the guest is no longer attending, in the case of talks or photo shoots). By purchasing items through our online store you agree to our terms & conditions (see T&C link, above).
