Char Broiler: Total 120,000 BTU's. 3- position adjustable top grate creates 3 heat zones. Six individually controlled 20,000 BTU's/hr stainless steel burners. Removable, reinforced cast iron radiants prevent clogging of burners and provide uniform distribution of heat.

A Chef Base is basically a refrigerated equipment stand. They provide refrigerated drawers for storage of food product. This allows the cook to stay in place at their work station rather than walking around the kitchen to get product for every order.
