Tickets will be posted out 2 weeks before the event.

When making a purchase please check your card details are correct. If you do make a mistake you may not receive notification that we are unable to process payment. Please check that the payment has been taken from your bank account.

All purchases are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by ourselves (or if the guest is no longer attending, in the case of talks or photo sessions). By purchasing items through our online store you agree to our terms & conditions.

Entry to paid events is now by programme only. When purchasing through our online store you are buying a programme which also includes entry to the show. After you order has succesfully been processed you will receive a ticket which you will then exchange for a programme at the show.

Please note that if a guest who is doing a photo shoot cancels then we WILL be refunding the full amount back to the people who have purchased a ticket
